THIS PLACARD IS PLACED NEAR THE ENTRY TO THE COMMISSIONER OFFICE, ISLAMABAD

Referring to a Quranic verse, Pakistani Muslims are told that they

should not befriend Jews and Christians.

So, what about our Christian Pakistanis? And what about other Pakistanis who are not Muslims such as Hindus?

Logically then, genuine Pakistani Muslims should not go to Europe or America and not apply for admission or scholarship.

By the same token, friendly relations with China based on an atheistic ideology should be double haraam (forbidden). What about the millions of Muslims settled in the West: when sick should they go to a non-Muslim doctor? Should they have friendly relations with non-Muslims at the workplace and in the neighbourhood where they live? Once a verse of the Quran is referred to, nobody can dare remove a poster or placard or the laws based on the sacred scripture. Where are we headed?
